Welcome to the fray, sister :)
I am endlessly fascinated by choice and our belief that we have it or don't, based on this or that reason. And our willingness (or un) to make the choices that would really change our lives.
I'm also obsessed by looking at what it takes to restore our choice after keeping it away from ourselves for very long times.
I'm on this mission to discover what's possible when we stop judging everything we're choosing and start allowing ourselves to choose instead.
If you're anything like me, you've spent the last 30 years of your life recovering yourself. Reading the books, going to the classes, trying the modalities.
You would probably consider yourself pretty self aware. (I do.)
But I bet on my life that there are still things in your life that you are putting up with, arguing with yourself over, and accepting.
(Accepting isn't allowance. We'll get into it.)
What if you have more choice than you think?
What if the problem isn't you? And what you can't get it wrong?
What if you can:
End the constant self-shame, perpetually making yourself wrong for what you feel, want, choose or don't choose.
See the stories and beliefs that keep you stuck in the same GD patterns, but then get good at using them and choosing beyond them
Get your power back to make clear choices without waiting because someone's going to feel something about them
Create your life in your weird way, without stopping to consider anyone else's shoulds
Stop looking for the right choice, face the fact that you might get it wrong and no one will die, and find out what you’d actually like to choose.
If you’ve been asking yourself, “Why the eff am I still here?” or “Why the eff hasn't this changed yet? I know what to do…”
You’re in the right place.
Who Is Change Anything For?
→ The one who knows that “more” is her middle name but still judges it.
→ The one who is still small after years of running clearings to be her bigness
→ The who still second guesses but jealously watches others choose with courage.
→ The one who is crippled by doubt every time she's faced with a choice.
→ The one who keeps looking for answers anywhere but inside.
→ The one who knows what she should choose and still doesn't.
→ The one who wants herself back. Or at all. Or for the first time.
Her courage. Her ability. Her agency.
Maybe you're one of these women. (I've been all of them.)
1. The woman who’s done all the damn work.

You’ve read The Work, taken the consciousness courses, tried therapy, sound baths, crystals, church and EMDR, and spent the 25 years healing yourself. You’ve lost more tools than you can find. And, you, YOU, are still living with things you don’t really want. You’re starting to wonder whether you’re actually flawed for real or whether you should accept whoever this is and f*ck everyone.
What if that you is the “evil” genius who will change your world?
2. The super woman who’s holding everything together.
You just handle it. All of it. You solve problems, handle crises, make things work, and always find a way forward, and the people around you stopped noticing a long time ago (if they ever did). Now, you're exhausted, looking back and forward, stuck in the middle of something that doesn't work for you, wondering what the hell you're going to do.
3. The woman who’s done. Ready for new.

Something in your life needs to change [understatement]. Your marriage, your job, your relationship with money, your body, your work environment. SOMEthing. But no matter what it costs you, you're ready to face it, dance with it and find out what the h*ll you're choosing next.
And who cares if this is reinvention number 879? 880 is right around the corner. LFG.
If you're still reading, you don't have it figured out. You're seeking.
Which is right where you need to be.

All you need now is the willingness to get present and look at what is.
Pick a nametag color ⬇️
You know something needs to change, but you keep talking yourself out of it. You’ve gone back and forth and had the same conversation with yourself a hundred bajillion times, and you're bored. Done.
You’ve tried everything, and you’re still trapped in the same patterns. Tools, years of therapy, books, courses, certifications, healing modalities, coaching. Jesus. How much more will it take!?
You’re exhausted from making yourself wrong. You know you do it. Beat yourself up. Berate yourself. For everything. People not liking what you say, relationship blips, work tangles, not being where you want to be in life. Even the fact that you make yourself wrong makes you make yourself wrong. You've figure that making yourself wrong is the pathway to change.
You’re convincing yourself to live with things you would never. You don't even recognize the person you've become and you're sick to death of shoving yourself down to the basement. It's cold and dark. And there's no wine.
Your ability to handle things has become the infinite trap. You started because you could. And now, if you stop, it all falls apart and you're not willing to face how that will feel and who will eff it up after you “leave".
You keep trying to control someone else to change so you can be happy. And it can be anyone: your partner, your boss, your family, your circumstances. Your happiness is being sacrificed on the altar while you wait for others to choose. (And they never do.)
You don’t trust yourself to make a decision. You want to know it’ll work, it'll be the right one, that nobody will get hurt, and that you won’t regret it. You also want to make sure that you don't f*ck it up because isn't that what you do? (No, but we'll get there. ) So the decision never gets made and you suffer.
You’ve confused endurance with being a good person. Because we have to be a good person. So, instead of leaving, you stay. Instead of boundaries, you tolerate. Intead of drawing a line, you "forgive". Instead of letting someone else be uncomfortable, you accommodate. Annnnd now you have a trillion dollar deficit that just keeps growing.
You’ve accepted stories about what’s possible for you, now, without ever wondering if they're true. No one will listen. You've stayed too long. The job market is too hard. You’re too old. It’s too late. You can’t afford it. You made your bed. That’s just how relationships work. Good women don't do that.
You want more, but you haven't found a good enough reason for you to have it. You're being greedy. Selfish. Self-centered. Not humble. The more you want - freedom, money, pleasure, space, possibility, a happy relationship, rewarding work - gets pushed to the back with your too-small clothes. And you shut down and live with less.
If any of these is you:

We've got this. 💪🏻
What You’ll Get From Change Anything
Every week, I’ll publish a new deep dive exploring choice, agency, and what becomes possible when we question and choose beyond the things we've decided are the last things we'll choose.
1. Raw, vulnerable, honest & uncomfortable conversations about choice.
▸ When you know what you want and still not choosing it
▸ When you need everyone to be okay with your choice before you'll choose it
▸ When you wait to feel ready and ready never comes
You need to learn choice. You always have a choice, even when you feels like you don't.
2. Consciousness, allowance and a different way of looking at the stories we tell ourselves, conscious and -un.
▸ When you’re fighting a feeling you already have, and losing
▸ When you’re trying to feel ok with something you’re not ok with
▸ When you’re turning every observation about yourself into a death penalty
You don’t have to fix it. You have to practice aggressive allowance. For you.
3. Real-life experiments in reinvention at 51.
▸ When you know you've gotta change, but the project's so big you don't know where to start
▸ When you know current income can't stay your income but what to do
▸ When you wanna know all the steps before you take the first one
You have to practice two more steps. Reinvention is a constant, infinite space not a one-time event.
And yes. I want you to be aware. Use your tools. Awareness is wonderful. Helpful. Welcome.
But what are you going to choose?
This is our place to get curious, challenge our assumptions, laugh at ourselves, and explore what’s possible without making ourselves wrong in the process.
Hi, I’m Christel.
I’m an executive coach, a former consciousness facilitator, and someone who has spent most of her life questioning what we’re told is possible.
I was raised in a cult. I have a degree in Theology, and a certificate in landscape design. I’ve moved countries repeatedly, traveled the world, built businesses, changed careers, married (and divorced) three times, and started my life over more times than I can count.
I built a $1.4M consciousness business, I owned & ran a pizzeria, and I started an overnight landscaping & design business. And now I’m working two part-time jobs while building again.
For more than a decade, as a consciousness facilitator, I helped hundreds of people question their beliefs, recognize their patterns, and change their lives.
Somewhere along the way, I learned to use all those tools to stay in a life and relationship that I didn't really want.
At 51, I’m reinventing. Again. I left my marriage, stepped away from the facilitation career I’d built, and started going deep to find the vein of gold that lies just beneath all my life choices. The thread.
I am always still figuring things out, making choices, making mistakes, and discovering there’s more possible.
And I just want to let you watch.
But this isn't about me.
Yes, I’m always curious about the choices we have, even when it feels like we don’t have any. I wonder about the strength, openness, and inner resources it takes to actually make those choices.
Why can one person see a possibility that another person can’t?
What makes us willing to choose something different?
What are we unwilling to receive, be, or experience that keeps certain choices seemingly out of reach?
What are we willing to be, know, notice, receive, and choose?
I want this space to be a two-way conversation.
Tell me what you’re questioning in your own life. Tell me what you're wrestling with. What you're stuck by. What possibilities you’re beginning to recognize. What you’ve been calling inevitable that you’re starting to wonder about.
Comment on stuff. Challenge what I’m saying. Share what you’re exploring, and definitely tell me what you want me to write about.
I’m interested in what’s possible when we’re willing to question everything, even ourselves, without falling into doubt.
Want to Work With Me?
Sometimes reading a smart article changes your life.
And sometimes you want someone in your corner while you let out all the things, figure out who you are now, and what you’re actually willing to choose.
That’s where my private coaching comes in. :)
I work with women in midlife who are capable, self-aware, and tired of making themselves wrong for what they feel, want, or choose.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to help you stop second-guessing yourself, get clear on what you really want, and make your own life-choices without turning your life upside down.
It's personal and practical. We look at you, the energy, and what’s happening in your actual life, the patterns you’re choosing, and the possibilities you may not have considered.
If you’re ready to stop making yourself wrong and start choosing what’s next, I’d love to explore working together.

I love an article with good, relatable GIFs ! And I definitely subscribe to a lot of those name tags you listed . Especially #10. Excited to be following along :)
Christel, I laughed at the woman who's done all the damn work and is still wondering what the hell she's doing. 😂
I know a woman like that.
Wishing you much success with Change Anything.
You've certainly got plenty of experience to draw from.
Happy Friday to you.
